Testimonials

Having worked as a Strength and Performance Coach for over 20 years and despite knowing the huge benefits of coaches being coached, there are very few people who I would fully trust to take control of my programming. Following a horrendous hit and run in the Alps in 2023 I was hospitalized for 3 months and faced a long daunting road to recovery. I had followed Emma for some time on social media and decided to reach out to her about supporting me in my journey back to fitness.

From the onset Emma displayed all the skills I associate with a truly outstanding coach. Her technical ability was never in doubt but her ability to listen and relate to you as an athlete and person is what I believe really sets her apart. The level of communication left me feeling supported every step of the way, from the initial assessment to weekly check ins. The program was designed to fit my time and training needs perfectly and 5 months after suffering a LONG list of life threatening injuries I set a lifetime 5RM back squat PB and a PB peak power on the bike. She also has outstanding taste in music!

I’ve been working with Coach Emma to improve my performance as a beer league hockey player, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my fitness and overall lifestyle.

Coach Emma really knows her stuff. The workouts are focused, effective, and customized to my goals. They’ve helped me build functional strength and better conditioning that directly translates to the game—I'm moving better, reacting quicker, and I’ve got way more in the tank later in the games or when playing back-to-back the same night. I also feel much better the days following an intense game or workout.

If you’re looking to better yourself for those 11pm games, or any other reason — I can’t recommend Coach Emma enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, super easy to communicate with and will cater to whatever concerns or needs you have. No doubt about it, she is a PRO!

Since working with Emma, I walk into the gym with confidence. I finally have a structured program that helps me build strength and mobility simultaneously while also avoiding tension and over loading. Emma’s programming keeps me in check. It is structured, progressive, and tailored to my body’s needs – NOT a standardized “one size fits all” template.

When I first met Emma, I was seeking weekly physio, RMT, and chiro sessions just to keep my body functioning. These days, I might go to an RMT once a month, and I haven't seen a chiropractor since starting with her. Her expertise has made such a dramatic difference that my maintenance needs have dropped significantly. My ultimate goal has always been to get back into running consistently. While I’m not quite there yet, for the first time in ten years, I actually believe it’s possible. I truly cannot say enough good things about Emma. Her coaching is worth every single penny, and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. If you’re dealing with chronic pain, ineffective body mechanics, or years of frustrating rehab cycles, Emma is the person you want in your corner.
