what is the difference between online training options?
Online programming is JUST monthly programming (still individualized to your needs). Programming + coaching is weekly program updates based on our weekly check ins/touch points with form checks included.

What is your intro to S&C for beer league hockey players like?
This is a 12 week program broken down into 3 phases that build on each other to not only improve your movement quality and competency, but also improve your strength and power for on and off the ice. This can be done at home with minimal equiptment OR in the gym setting.

what is included in your in person training packages?
You can train with me up to 1-3x/week in person at Embody Strength and Wellness in Fremont. Those who opt in will also receive a complimentary program based on our in person movement assessment findings.
